Willow Valley Bakery Returns to Central Market For the first time since its 1996 departure, Willow Valley made the move to return to its roots and rejoin Lancaster's historic Central Market, as a standholder. Willow Valley's well-known baked goods and pastries will once again be available to the thousands who visit Central Market each week. Willow Valley has a strong connection to the Market dating back to 1943 when John and Florence Thomas opened an egg and poultry stand as the company's first business venture. The stand remained a staple at Central Market for more than 50 years.
From award-winning smorgasbords to a menu of authentic homestyle favorites, you will enjoy the best of what Lancaster County has to offer. From homemade chicken pot pie and golden fried chicken to fresh seafood and a huge salad bar, you'll find something for even the most discriminating tastes.
All of the tasty baked goods served in the restaurants are freshly prepared in our own bakery. You can smell the sweet aroma of donuts, breads, and sticky buns being made daily. Be sure to stop by for some cookies, signature jellies, or a hand-dipped ice cream cone while you're here.
