Pet Policy

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, Willow Valley Inn & Suites welcomes dogs staying with their owners. A copy of the policy outlined below will be provided for your signature at check-in.

Willow Valley Inn & Suites does charge a $25.00 fee per day, per pet. Pets must weigh under 30lbs. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. Select rooms only. This fee will be added to your account upon check in. A security fee of $100.00 will also be applied at check in. (Security deposit will be returned to guest, after the room has been inspected for damage).

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests of Willow Valley Inn & Suites, we have developed the following guidelines for pet etiquette:

  • Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash or in a cage while the pet is in any public common areas within Willow Valley Inn & Suites.
  • Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time while the pet is in Willow Valley Inn & Suites. All pets must be crated if left in the overnight sleeping room.
  • Pet owners need to remove their pet from their guest room during housekeeping services, or they may opt out of receiving housekeeping service while the pet is in the room.
  • A pet that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or other person in Willow Valley Inn & Suites must be immediately removed from Willow Valley Inn & Suites upon request.
  • Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet. Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
  • Pet owners agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend Willow Valley Inn & Suites, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage cause by the pet.
  • Pet(s) are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, fitness room, hotel lobby and pool areas of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
  • Pet(s) must be current on inoculations and free from fleas & ticks.
