Available June, July & August, starting at $199.00 per couple, per night (Sunday-Thursday). Add $20.00 for weekends; holidays may be more.

* Family reunions are based on a min. of 10 or more rooms
* Complimentary Hospitality Room for one Night with 30 or more adults based upon availability (exact room will be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival).
* You can also add picnic lunch to go. 

Family Reunion Planner's Timetable

16 - 18 months out:	Compile mailing list Recruit reunion volunteers, establish responsibilities and schedules Develop budget
12 - 16 months out:	Set reunion date and choose location Contact local CVB for area information and planning assistance Select and contract with reunion/event facilities
9 - 12 months out:	Send save-the-date cards and/or originate reunion webpage with tentative plans, approximate cost, missing persons list etc. Establish itinerary and schedule transportation, events, activities, photographers, caterers, speakers, tours, entertainment, and games for kids, etc. Reserve block of hotel rooms
6 - 9 months out:	Send second mailer, to include things like registration form, cost breakdown, updated list of missing persons, and souvenir ordering information
5 months out:	Plan meals and menus Confirm reservations, entertainment, transportation, caterer etc.
4 months out:	Order personalized souvenirs Reserve rental equipment: tents, chairs, portable toilets, AV equipment etc. Choose theme (if any) and select decorations, signs and banners
6 weeks out:	Compile checklist for reunion-day tasks Assign tasks to volunteers
2 weeks out:	Reconfirm meeting, sleeping and eating arrangements Confirm progress with volunteers
The day before:	Meet with facility managers and determine staff contacts Review final details with volunteers Set up registration tables, rental equipment, displays and decorations
The day of:	Register attendees Hand out itinerary and keepsakes Have fun!
